About the event
In this introdction to Reiki Class you will learn about the priniclies and use of reiki. This class is the ultimate self care day. I know 6 hours sounds like a lot but it will fly by! We will dive deep into the use and expression of energy and you will leave with the knowledge and certification to practice reiki on yourself. This class is a prerequisite to Reiki 2 (Reiki on others/distance reiki)
