About the event
7 hours of intense interventions designed to help you break through your blockages! This event will be virtual and attendees are asked to be ready to be fully present for the entire time in an effort to create a safe container and fully focus on the work. There will be a short break for lunch. Please make sure to come ready with some healthy snack and drinks available when you need them, a journal and pen and your full attention.
